Privacy Policy

1. Data We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or purchase a course. We also collect usage data including pages visited, courses viewed, progress data, and device information.

2. How We Use Your Data

Event checkout records your contact details and your separate, optional WhatsApp consent. For event2026, WhatsApp is limited to one payment reminder and one paid confirmation per buyer. Transactional email provides order and event information, including preparation and a post-event follow-up. WhatsApp messages include a link to stop future WhatsApp notifications; opting out does not cancel your order or essential email. This choice is independent of advertising measurement consent.

Your data is used to provide and improve the Service, process transactions, send notifications about your account and courses, personalize your learning experience, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with payment processors to complete transactions, analytics providers to improve the platform, and law enforcement when required by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Transaction records are kept for legal and accounting purposes. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the Settings page.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You may export all of your data at any time. You can update notification preferences and opt out of marketing communications.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We may use analytics cookies to understand how users interact with the platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser.

On event pages, Meta advertising measurement is active by default: Google Tag Manager and the Meta pixel load when the page opens. You can switch it off with the checkbox in checkout or at the bottom of the event page. Our additional event tracking measures product views, checkout starts, and verified paid purchases. While it is active, Meta may receive browser identifiers, IP address, browser information, transaction value, and normalized SHA-256 hashes of your checkout email and phone number for matching. Hashing does not make this data anonymous. Switching it off does not affect your purchase. It stops our future conversion submissions for that browser, but cannot undo events already delivered. Unsent matching data is removed after 30 days, and matching data is removed from our conversion queue after successful delivery. Payment records are retained separately.

7. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure password hashing, and regular security audits.
