By accessing or using the Djeonail LMS platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Content
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By publishing content on Djeonail, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote that content within the platform. You must not upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Payments
All payments are processed through our payment gateway partners. Prices are displayed in the currency specified on the course listing. Once a payment is confirmed, access is granted to the purchased course. Payment-related disputes should be directed to our support team.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Eligible refund requests must be submitted within the refund window specified at the time of purchase. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
The Djeonail name, logo, and all related trademarks are the property of Djeonail. You may not use our branding without prior written permission. The platform software and design are protected by copyright law.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Course content is created by independent creators, and we are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of individual courses.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Djeonail shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
